Category of Members |
i) Honorary Members ii) Donors iii) Life Members iv) Institutional Members v) Members i) Honorary Members : Persons are eminence in the field of library Science and in the field of Public life may be elected as Honorary life members and Honorary Members after Obtaining their consent. ii) Donors : Those who pay Rs.25,000/- and above. iii) Life Members : Those who pay Rs.2,000/- iv) Institutional Members Those Institutions who pay an annual subscription of Rs.50/- per year v) Members Those who pay an annual subscription of Rs.200/- per year All applications for above categories of membership shall be scrutinized and accepted by the Executive committee. |

Office Bearers |
Management of the Association shall vest in as Executive committee consisting of the President and 11 members. The Executive Committee members shall be elected by the General Body Meeting every year .the president shall be nominated by the Executive committee amongst persons of eminence in library profession or in the field of public life after obtaining their consent. All the members of the Executive Committee shall continue to hold office till a new Executive Committee is elected and assumes charge.
The Executive Committee shall elect from amongst themselves a Secretary, three Joint Secretaries and a Treasurer |
