a) The General Body shall meet at least once a year. The notice of the meeting shall be issued at least 21 days in advance as per section 11 and 13 of the K.S.R. Act 1960.

b) Business of the General Body:
An ordinary General meeting of the association shall be convened as soon as possible after the receipt of the auditor’s of February. The following business shall be transacted at this meeting as per section 11 & 13 of K.S.R. Act 1960
i) Report of working of the Association.
ii) Audit Statement of receipts and expenditure.
iii) Statement of Assets and liabilities.
iv) The next annual budget.
v) Election of the members of the Executive Committee.

c) Special General Body Meeting :
A Special general body meeting may be convened at any time on the President on the advise of the Executive Committee or on the requisition of not less than 25 members of the Association, who shall state in writing the purpose for which the meeting is to be called. The Executive Committee shall call for the meeting not later than 45 days from the date of receipt of the requisition as per section 11(3) of the K.S.R. Act 1960.

d) Amendments to By-law:
The bye-law shall be amended at a special general body meeting convened for the purpose. The amendment for adoption should be passed by at least 2/3 majority of the members present at the meeting as per section(10) of K.S.R. Act 1960.

e) QUORUM:
i) The quorum for the general body meeting of special general boby shall be 25 members.
ii) No quorum is required for adjourned general body meeting.

f) Years: The calendar year shall be the official the association, i.e., 1st January to 31st December

g) Voting System: Voting shall be conducted by Secret Ballot.
